I had a great opportunity to meet and talk with the Public Libraries Section of the California Library Association at the Annual meeting. The talk was designed to begin the conversation about libraries and innovation. We had a few questions that we discussed and also looked at a basic foundation model of things you need to have in an organization before you can move forward. There were great ideas and comments.
